Guides are showing all BFA Zone Quest Completed on a 111 DH

I started trying to level a 111 Demon Hunter for which I had previously turned off XP gains. After I reenabled XP gains, I then tried selecting the Zuldazar story quest only guide. When selected, the guide starts scrolling through the quests and continues until the end at which time I get the "You've reached the end of the current guide". I found that when I select any of the BFA zone guides (Zuldazar, Nazmir, or Vol'dun), all the guides (both the Loremaster story quests and the regular quest line) starts scrolling through whichever guide is selected and continues until the end at which time I get the "You've reached the end of the current guide". I've tried reloading the UI which didn't work. I've tried relogging which didn't work either. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

While you had the XP turned off did you do any questing in those zones?

I quested in the Zuldazar zone and turned XP off once I reached 111. After that point, I don' believe I completed any additional quests in the BFA zones but I'm not 100% certain.

Try doing a full guide reset.

1. exit WoW
2. go to the WoW/_retail_/Interface/Addons folder and delete the ZygorGuidesViewer folder
3. go to the WoW/_retail_/WTF/Account/<your account name here>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there
4. run the desktop client and install a fresh copy of the guides
5. go back in game to test and let me know if that fixed it

The Nazmir guide looks like it's working....it doesn't scroll through to the end now. The other two still advance until complete with the exception of stopping for the flight path steps.

That means that the game server is telling the guide viewer that you have completed all of those quests.

Yeah, upon looking at this further, I think this is something Blizzard related. None of the quests to start the various zones are available at the Scouting Map table in the pyramid. I don't see any quests available on the World Map, either. Once I figure this out, I'll provide an update.

That sounds like some of the phasing they like to do with certain quests. Try to either abandon or complete all of the quests in your log and then see if it's fixed.

As far as the guides go, I did quest in a couple of the zone for some gear so that was the issue, as you suggested....it was about a year ago on an alt toon on a secondary account so I just forgot. Sorry for the Chinese COVID drill......
